Shipping Policy

We ship orders daily Monday-Friday.  All in-stock orders received before 3 pm central time will be shipped that same day.  Our soft plastic baits are handcrafted and can be custom made for your order.  If you are placing an order for a custom poured color combination or for an item that is not in stock, we will pour your baits and ship your order within the next business day.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Customer satisfaction is a top priority for us.  We want you to be happy with the baits you receive from Big Bass Candy.  While we double-check every order to be the right item and of the highest quality, we understand there can be damaged in shipping or other issues.  If you are unhappy with the product you receive from us, please contact us within 7 days so we can help to resolve the issue.  Many of our baits are hand-poured and custom made for your order.  As a result of this custom process, there can be minor imperfections in their appearance.  That actually works to your benefit chasing those big bass.  If you look at the natural bait that bass eat daily, none of them are exactly the same.  Some variations make each bait stand out from the crowd.
